5. Product Pricing: Subscribe to this service for free. After the 1-day trial period, a fee of ₱49 will be deducted, and you will receive a ₱100 gift card. After 7 days, a monthly subscription fee of ₱199 will be charged, and you will receive a ₱50 gift card (issued every 7 days, totaling 4 times).Payment is processed via auto-debit authorization. 2. b. Claiming and Usage:
   1. i. The Kidream.ai Premium Bi-Weekly Pass will be automatically credited to your Kidream.ai account registered with the email address you used when subscribing. Please ensure that the email address used for subscribing to the product through this event is the same as the email address you use to log in to Kidream.ai. Log in to Kidream.ai with the email address used for product subscription to check the status of your Kidream.ai Premium membership.
   2. ii. 6 x ₱50 Gift Cards (Total Value: ₱300)

      2. 2. Rules for Redeeming 6 Cash Gift Cards:After your first successful payment, you will receive two ₱50 gift cards. During your active monthly subscription, you can claim 1 additional gift card every 7 days (up to 4 per 30-day period). 8. Cancel Subscription / Renew Subscription

1. a. To cancel your subscription for this product, please do so before your membership benefits expire. You can cancel your subscription via this link: https://h5.kidream.ai/unsubscribe (You can also cancel at any time on the Kidream.ai official website homepage. Once canceled, no further renewal charges will be initiated.)
2. b. Upon purchasing the auto-renewal service, we will initiate the renewal process for you 14 days before your current subscription expires. This will automatically extend your Kidream.ai Premium membership validity and cash gift card benefits.

9. Refund Policy: Kidream.ai Premium service includes membership benefits and cash gift cards. It is a membership product, not a prepaid card, and is therefore not subject to unconditional returns. Once activated, refunds and transfers are not supported, and Kidream.ai Premium benefits are non-transferable.

10. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce or reprint in any form, or disseminate on third-party platforms without permission. Violators will be held legally liable.

11. Special Reminder:

1. a. By purchasing this membership product, you agree to simultaneously abide by Kidream.ai's "User Service Agreement" and "Privacy Policy" (collectively referred to as the "Platform Rules"). If you violate any of these Platform Rules, Kidream.ai reserves the right to take action independently in accordance with the provisions of its Platform Rules, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the provision of services on its platform and demanding compensation for infringement. Therefore, please carefully read the Platform Rules before activation.
2. b. User Information Protection: Kidream.ai collects and uses your relevant information for the purpose of you claiming your benefits. When you purchase Kidream.ai Premium and manually check the relevant service agreement, it indicates that you accept and agree to the collection and use of your personal information. The event organizer uses personal information solely for the purpose of purchasing, claiming, and using Kidream.ai Premium, and will protect it within a reasonable scope. For detailed personal information policies, please refer to the Kidream.ai Premium "Privacy Policy" and "User Service Agreement." If you do not agree, please do not participate in this activity.
3. c. Given the inherent uncertainties of the internet, you understand and agree that if this activity experiences abnormal circumstances or becomes difficult to continue due to reasons beyond Kidream.ai's control, such as force majeure, network or communication line failures, large-scale computer crashes, or widespread cheating during the activity, the event organizer has the right to take measures including but not limited to eliminating the abnormal circumstances through various means, or adjusting, suspending, or canceling this activity. Kidream.ai shall not be liable for any losses incurred by users as a result.
4. d. In the event of force majeure or changes in circumstances (including but not limited to major disaster events, the activity being required to be stopped or adjusted by government authorities' directives, the activity suffering severe cyberattacks, or system failures causing issues including but not limited to activity interruption, cancellation, or problems with benefit claiming and usage), the event organizer may claim exemption from liability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The organizer reserves the right to cancel this activity.
5. e. Within the scope permitted by law, Kidream.ai reserves the right to interpret these activity rules and to modify or adjust them based on the actual circumstances of the activity. Such modifications or adjustments will be announced on this activity rules page and will take effect in accordance with the law upon announcement.
6. f. If a user engages in any prohibited behavior (such as fraudulently claiming benefits, malicious cash-out, manipulating reputation, engaging in fictitious transactions, profiting from obtained benefits, improper use, reselling, or other actions that violate the principle of good faith), the event organizer reserves the right to cancel and reclaim all benefits (including those already used and unused), and may take legal action when necessary.
